15+ years of experience in the financial markets as an investment banker, specializing in US-China cross border transactions.

Most recently a Senior Vice President at a New York based boutique investment bank and was the lead banker in the Greater China market responsible for managing client/investor relationships and advising clients on various financial transactions including US IPOs, private equity financing, PIPE transactions, cross border investment and M&A, especially in the following industry: pharmaceutical, medical device, education, real estate and technology.

M.A. in Economics from New York University and a B.S. degree in Telecommunications Engineering with distinction from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou China.
